📖1. Definitions & Interpretations

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined:

• "tt888" or "Platform" – refers to the website, mobile application, and all services operated under the tt888.cash brand.
• "Member" or "Player" – refers to any individual who has registered an account at tt888 and meets the stipulated eligibility requirements.
• "Account" – refers to the personal account registered by a Member on the tt888 platform for the purpose of accessing betting and gaming services.
• "Funds" – refers to the MYR (RM) balance available in a Member's tt888 account at any given time.
• "Bonus" – refers to bonus credits, cashback, rebates, or other promotions granted by tt888 to Members subject to specific conditions.
• "Rollover" or "Turnover Requirement" – the total wagering amount a Member must reach before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" – encompasses all products and features offered by tt888, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, e-sports, and live matches.

👤2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the tt888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years old and above on the date of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• Be residing in or physically located in Malaysia when using tt888's services.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not be bankrupt or subject to any bankruptcy proceedings at the time of making a deposit.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or business entity – tt888 accounts are for personal use only.

📝3. Account Registration

Opening a tt888 account is free and straightforward. However, there are a few important conditions that must be met:

• Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account only at tt888 at all times. Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different information, is a serious violation.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. Use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Tt888 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Stay alert against phishing attempts.
• Personal information such as your full name, phone number, and bank details linked to the account must be in your own name and must match your official identification documents.

Tt888 accepts deposits via a range of secure and convenient Malaysian local payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name only.
• Tt888 is not liable for any deposit delays caused by technical issues on the part of third parties (banks or e-wallet providers).
• Funds received through illegal or unauthorised means will be confiscated and the relevant account will be terminated.
• Tt888 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet) for verification purposes.

🏦5. Fund Withdrawals

Tt888 is committed to processing all winning withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and must be in the same name as the tt888 account.
• Standard processing time is 1 to 4 business hours after the request has been submitted and verified.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses with unfulfilled rollover requirements will not be processed until those requirements have been met.
• Tt888 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or under suspicious circumstances.
• Tt888 does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals. Any charges imposed by banks or e-wallet providers are the Member's responsibility.

🎁6. Bonuses & Promotions

Tt888 offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries its own rollover (wagering) requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. Specific rollover conditions are stated in each promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus is only eligible to be claimed one time only per new Member, per device, per IP address, and per household.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Tt888 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or the creation of duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.

⚽7. Sports Betting

Tt888's Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and more), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup, Malaysia Open), e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. Specific terms for Sports Betting:

• All bets are considered final once confirmed by the tt888 system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bets before confirming.
• In the event a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded to the Member's account.
• If a match begins but is not completed, the settlement policy depends on the number of minutes/sets played – refer to the tt888 FAQ section for further details.
• Tt888 reserves the right to void or adjust odds in the event of an obvious pricing error (for example, odds that deviate significantly from the market).
• Bets placed after the match result has been publicly announced are void and will be cancelled.
• The use of automated systems, bots, or betting software is strictly prohibited at tt888.

The tt888 casino platform offers over 1,000 games, including online slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, and other table games. Terms of use for the casino section:

• All slot games on tt888 use software from certified providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, Playtech, and others) running independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• All game results are final. tt888 cannot alter the outcome of a completed game unless there is a clear and demonstrable technical error.
• Should a technical disruption occur during gameplay that is not caused by the Member's network or device, tt888 will reinstate the affected bets based on server log records.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.
• Jackpots and large winnings may require additional verification before being processed.

🚫9. Prohibited Activities & Illegal Use

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tt888 platform and may result in immediate account termination, freezing of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or using more than one tt888 account.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities or fraud.
• Launching cyberattacks, exploiting bugs, or attempting to manipulate tt888's systems or games.
• Using bots, automated software, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in betting or gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate match outcomes (match-fixing) or engaging in collusion in casino games.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location or to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Transferring funds between different member accounts (chip dumping).

🔒10. Account Termination

A tt888 account may be terminated in two ways: at the Member's own request, or at tt888's discretion.

Account Closure at Member's Request:

• You may close your tt888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email.
• Prior to closure, all eligible funds will be returned to the registered payment method once any applicable rollover requirements have been met.
• Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will not be permitted to re-register during the chosen exclusion period.

Account Termination by tt888:

• Tt888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of fraud or illegal activity, account funds may be frozen while an investigation is in progress.
• Tt888's decision in account termination cases is final once the investigation process is complete.

By using the tt888 platform, you agree to the following liability limitations:

• Tt888 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Periodic maintenance is required, and we will notify users in advance whenever possible.

• Tt888 is not liable for any losses arising from network failures, user devices, or internet disruptions on the player's end.
• Tt888's total maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the preceding 30 days.

Tt888 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform Members of any significant changes through:

• An email notification sent to the registered email address on the account.
• A pop-up notice displayed upon login after amendments take effect.

Continued use of the tt888 platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
